Harvey (Rhonda); his cousins, Carl, Kendrick Scruggs and Ednar Scruggs-Bolden; his nephews, John Kelvin and Reginald Reynolds; and his friend Jesse Swoopes. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends.
