He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Collins of Morganton and Deborah Condetti of Morganton; his grandchildren, Allison Collins, Andrea Ellison, Jonathon Jones, Brandon Condetti, Savannah Condetti, Madison Condetti and Clare Allen; and his great grandchildren, Benson Condetti, Hazel Condetti and Charlotte Condetti.
