She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Kaylor and Elizabeth Elrod Kaylor; her husband Carl Leslie Collins; and her brother Charles "Buddy" Kaylor. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Payne (Lisa), Angie Ledford (Michael) and Kevin Collins; her grandchildren, Chris Payne, Julie Payne Rush, Makayla Payne Walker, Joshua Ledford, Savada Collins and Saidee Collins; her brothers, Dale and Jeff Kaylor; and her nephew Daniel Kaylor. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
