We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2020, at the age of 70, Richard Hugh Morse of Morganton, Georgia, born in Penn Yan, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Morse and Ann Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Loxy Howe of Alburn, WA.; his sister Rebecca Botos of Paltney, NY.; his cousins, Steve Dillon of Morganton and John Dillon of Prattsburg, NY.; and his grandchild Danika Howe.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to help defray expenses in Richard's memory.
