She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard A. Panter and Ruby H. Myers Panter; and her husband Tom. She is survived by: her siblings, Jackie (Linda Panter), Carol (Charles Dillingham), James Winston (Lisa Panter), Janet (Scotty Palmer) and Ray (Renee Panter); her siblings-in-law, Phil and Pam Meeks of Ft. Myers, FL.; her aunt Robbie Luedke of Morganton; and her uncle Donald Panter of Morganton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, many other relatives and friends.
