It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Elliot Forde of Morganton, Georgia, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Forde and Dorothy Elliot Forde; his daughters, Laurie Bird and Sandy Carter; and his siblings, Clifford Forde and Mae Mittag.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Forde of Arkansas, Gary Forde of Minnesota, Russell (Laura Forde), Scott Payne of Nashville, TN. and Nikki Ray of Roswell; his sister Nell Conda; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Rozie, Crystal, Michael and Cassidy. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Hemptown Baptist Church in Philip's memory.
