She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Burns and Margaret Hurst Burns; her former husbands, Francis Hughes and Gilbert C. Kopf; and her brother Edwin Burns.
She is survived by: her sons-in-law, Pat Thibodeaux, Rob Thibodeaux of Morganton, Mary Baird and Al Baird of Ft; her son James Hughes of Blissfield, MI; her daughter-in-law Pat Hughes of Blissfield, MI; her stepdaughter Barbara Israel of Salisbury; her son-in-law Steve Israel of Salisbury; her sister Dorothy Metzger of Pittsburgh, PA.; and her grandchildren, Patrick Bingaman, Nathan Israel, Sarah Gombos, Katie Baird, Collin Hughes and Chris Baird.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Kabale Uganda House of Hope c/o World Harvest Church North, P.O. Box 968, Morganton, GA 30560 in memory of Mrs. Kopf.
