He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Clapham and Bridget Proffitt; his wife Ashley Bernhardt Clapham; his stepfather Chris Proffitt; his sister Lauren Ariail; his brothers-in-law, Blake and Ryan Ariail Joshua Bernhardt; his stepbrothers, Jacob, Joshua and Joseph Proffitt; his grandparents, Barbara Clapham, Geraldine Van Rooyen, Vernon and Joyce Proffitt; his aunts, Ruth Clapham, Cindy Portengen and Nova Walker; his uncle John Amos; his cousins, Tamzin Heyns and Kristy Droomer; and his parents-in-law, Wendy and Richard Bernhardt.
