He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Elmer Dilbeck and Eula Essie Lance Dilbeck; and his brothers, Richard Dilbeck, Billy Dilbeck, Jim Dilbeck and Ray Dilbeck.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Turk (John), Lance Dilbeck, Joey Dilbeck (Ashley) and Daniel Dilbeck (Becky); and his brother Ron Dilbeck. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Flowers are being accepted or donations in memory of Mr. Dilbeck can be made to the Empty Stocking Thrift Store in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
