He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Lewis of Blue Ridge and Betty Augustiniak Lewis; his wife Kelly Lewis of Morganton; his children, Gabe Lewis, Emily Lewis of Blue Ridge and Tristan Lewis of Morganton; his brother Josh Lewis of Jasper, GA.; his sister-in-law Hannah Pittman of Morganton; his sister Taylor; and his brother-in-law Justin Satterfield of Blue Ridge. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
