He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hoke Lowery and Ollie Lee Smith Lowery; and his siblings, Hazel Lowery, John H. Lowery, Blanche Lowery, James W. Lowery, Maude Lowery, Joyce Lowery, Doris Ann Gray, Carol Sue Henry and Bobby Gene Lowery.
He is survived by: his children, James Lowery, Greg Lowery, Chris Green, Anthony Lowery, Brandon Lowery, Stephanie Ensley and Crystal Lowery; and his siblings, Charles Lowery and Edith Lowery Fox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family members, and friends.
