She was predeceased by: her parents, Primo Scatena and Orlando Scatena; her husband Dempsey Hugh Ketchie; and her children, Julie Jaillet, James Ketchie and Steve Ketchie.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her son-in-law Gary Vandergrift of Morganton, GA; and her son Timothy Ketchie of Jacksonville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Mrs. Ketchie's, memory.
