It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Buckner (Morganton, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Norma Lee Rugg; his stepfather Jimmy Rugg; and his siblings, Norma Lea Payton and Michael Edward Rugg. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
