He is survived by: his children, Dawn Joann Mullinax and Larry Cook; his siblings, Rose Cook (Jim Terry), LaurAnn Cook, Harold Cook of Blairsville, Karen Cook of Blairsville and Roy Cook of Blairsville; his sisters-in-law, Ronald Cook of Blairsville and Judy Cook of Blairsville; his granddaughter Jessica Mullinax; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Cook, Elaine Gibson, Jerry Gibson and Theresa Gibson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
