He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ware Burrell; his daughter Melissa Monkus (Chris); and his grandchildren, Paige Monkus, Cheyenne Monkus, Traven Monkus, Nate Anderson and Kyle Smiley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
