Billie Yvonne Long Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2022, at the age of 69, Billie Yvonne Long of Morganton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Rolson Townsend and Mildred Frances Roberts Townsend; and her brother Clyde Lee Townsend. She is survived by: her husband Steve Long; her children, Stephanie Wingate (Brian), Gary Long and Steve Long, Jr. (Kacey); her siblings, Ronald Townsend (Charlotte) and Judy King; her grandchildren, Brian Wingate Jr., Katie Wingate, Emily Wingate, Scott Long, Garrett Long, Skyler Long, Lindsey Long, Gage Ficalore, Natalie Shinkevich, Brandon Bonet and Ayla Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Camille and Angelina.

Flowers are being accepted or in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mrs. Long can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
