It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Sue Vest of Morganton, Georgia, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Garland and Lona King McHan; her husband Frank Edward Vest; and her son-in-law Troy Wingard. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Wingard of Morganton, GA, Edward, Lisa Vest of Copperhill, TN, Rhonda and Scott McDonald of Cherokee, AL; her grandchildren, Caitlin McDonald, Kayla Nazerian, Anthony Wingard, Austin Vest, Michael Wingard and Abby Vest; her great grandchildren, Maggie Nazerian, Millie Nazerian, Pasley McDonald, Porter McDonald and Max Nazerian; and her siblings, Frank McHan and Mary Raper of Murphy, NC. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
