He is survived by: his wife Susan Cullen Montesino of Young Harris, GA; his son Paul; his daughter-in-law Monica Montesino of Cape Coral, FL; his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Ric Turmel of Eagle, CO; his sister Marietta Montesino of Miami, FL; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Logan, Jaedyn and Audriana.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Appalachian Hospice in Mr. Montesino's memory.
