He is survived by: his daughters, Ashlie Egbert (Jarid) and Tiffany Bullock (Tyler); and his grandchildren, Mason Hoffman, Alivia Egbert, Landyn Bullock and Logan Bullock. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
