She was predeceased by: her father James M. Chandler. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Puckett (Buddy); her daughters, Vickie P. Uhl (Thomas) and Linda R. Futral; and her grandchildren, Crystal Jones, Rachel Burke (James), Becky Gammans and Scott Gammans. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
