He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Hubert James Flournoy and Reba Bradbury Flournoy. He is survived by: his wife Toon Flournoy of Moreland; his children, Sandy Vongdasy of Los Angeles, CA and Timothy John Flournoy (Kayla) of Luthersville; his grandchildren, Mayson Williams, Haylo Williams, Sydney Flournoy and Bodhi Flournoy; and his sister Sandra. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
