He is survived by: his children, Angela Rodriquez (Mark) of Stockbridge, Nathaniel Wagoner (Stacie) of Screven and Martin Wagoner (Katrina) of Locust Grove; and his sisters, Barbara Collier of Monroe, Patricia Wagoner of Monroe and Sara Sellars of Lilburn. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9. 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
