It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Eugene Tinsley of Monticello, Georgia, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Mae Appling and Charlie Tinsley; and his siblings, Alberta Kelly and Dave Tinsley. He is survived by: his daughter Yolanda Wilson; his grandchildren, Travis and Zackery Wilson (Nicole); his great grandchildren, A'darrian, Camryn, Jamar, Jazlyn and Kingston Wilson; and his siblings, Ruthie Mae Richard, Martha Arelene White (Rufus), Charlie and Willie Tinsley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
