She is survived by: her son Dustin Cotner of Covington; her parents, Pat Phillips and Marlyn Phillips of Monroe; her brother Carey Phillips of Monroe; her grandparents, Wilton Baxley of Baxley and Patsy Phillips of Eatonton; her grandchildren, Dixie, Haliegh and Ember; her nephew Cody; and her niece Samantha.
