He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mobley, Sr. and Ella Ruth Quattlebaum; and his son Kenneth Mobley. He is survived by: his children, Jan (Barry McNicholas), Vicki Mobley, Alicia Butler and Joshua Mobley; his brothers, Larry Mobley and Henry Mobley; and his grandchildren, Ashlee McCullers, Jeremy McNicholas, Zackery Bird, Kaitlin Bird, Blake Butler, Taylor Butler, Brody Mobley, Gavin Mobley and Amara Mobley.
