He is survived by: his children, Charsaydius Spivey, Andrevier Fields (Gloria) and Tashonda Fuller Fields; his aunts, Gladys Hardrick and Bernice Clark; and his stepsisters, Vivian Milner (Melvin), Dooling, Georgia and Betty Brown (James). He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers.
