He is survived by: his wife Edna Britt; his siblings, Phillip Adrian Britt (Carol) of Douglas, Linda Little (Wade) of Bonifay and Andrew Britt of Montezuma, Georgia.; his children, Cynthia Shremshock of Reynolds and Wallace "Sonny" Britt Jr. of Lake City; his grandchildren, Richard Shremshock III (Karrah) of Cleveland, Colby Britt (Brooke) of Ellaville, Lacey Britt of Evans, Bryson Britt (Britney) of Lake City, Brandy Shutters (Adam) of Ellaville, Zachary Britt of Evans and Ruby Elise Britt of Lake City, Florida.; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Britt, Tristan Shremshock, Bastian Britt and Brensley Britt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Stroke Foundation.
