She was predeceased by: her father Theodoreo Rodriguez; her son Heriberto Rivera; and her siblings, Esperanza Rodriguez, Maria Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez and Alicia Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Eugenia Rivera (Javier Cruz), Sylvia Rivera (Lamberto Camacho), Bertha Gloria Rivera (Juan Contreras), Lorena Rivera, Eduardo Rivera (Teresa Avilla), Lourdes Rivera (Ofelia Castellanos) and Elvia Rivera; and her siblings, Rafael Rodriguez and Angela Rodriguez. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
