Golphin of Montezuma and Demarcavius Cephus of Perry, Georgia; his siblings, Dianne Waters of Riverdale and Marion Waters, Jr. of Montezuma, Georgia; and his aunts and uncles, Amelia Hankerson of Oglethorpe, Elizabeth Waters of Desoto, Georgia, James Hankerson of Oglethorpe, Thomas Hankerson of South Bay and Reverend Hosie Waters (Mary Louise) of Montezuma, Georgia. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
