Carter; her children, Delores Bernard (Felton Bernard) of Montezuma, GA, Shirley Burke of Rochester, NY, Latonya Long of Atlanta, GA, Richard Carter, Jr. (Arnett Carter) of Rochester, NY, Shondell of Rochester, NY, Christopher of Rochester, NY, Brandon of Rochester, NY, Jermaine Carter of Rochester, NY, Will Ruth of Rochester, NY and Steven Carter (Trina Carter) of LaPorte, TX; her grandchildren, Patrice, Demetrius, Byron, Alice, Antonia, Andrea, Anthony (Amp), Charles (Chuck), Aqil, Graycen and Kelsey; her goddaughter Denae Simmons; her brothers, Lucious Harvey (Virginia Harvey) of Atlanta, GA, Larry and Harry Harden of Montezuma, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Norris (James Norris) of Jacksonville, FL and Franklin McLarty of Montezuma, GA. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear, dear friends.
