He is survived by: his wife Janice Bollinger Culpepper of Montezuma, Georgia.; his children, Chris Culpepper (Angel) of Warner Robins, Georgia and Evie Singleton (Eddie) of Leesburg, Georgia; and his grandchildren, First Lieutenant Kobe Culpepper of Fort Carson, Sidney Singleton of Leesburg and Savannah Singleton of Leesburg.
