He is survived by: his children, John Kanazawa of Greensboro, NC and Jason Kanazawa (Sam) of Ellaville, GA; his significant other Mary Jane Kanazawa of Oglethorpe, GA; his brother Mike Kanazawa of Forsyth, GA; his grandchildren, Jay Kanazawa and Cooper Kanazawa; and his nephews, Dane Kanazawa and Wes Kanazawa.
