He was predeceased by : his mother Gloria Hubbard Gaines (Marvin). He is survived by : his father Jessie Warren of Montezuma, Georgia; his son Justin Hubbard of Charlotte; his brothers, Terry Gaines (Cheryl) of McDonough, Alonze Oliver of Atlanta, Roderick Gaines of Oglethorpe and Torrance Warren (Alicia) of Centerville, Georgia; his great-aunt Mattie Mason of Oglethorpe, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Fred Warren, James Hubbard (Olivia) of Oglethorpe, Leila Walker of Montezuma, Mary Daniel of Atlanta, Karen Howard of Oglethorpe and Sonya Robinson of Montezuma, Georgia; and his friend Princess C. Hoke of Charlotte. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
