He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rev. Champ and Ida Mae Waters (Foster). He is survived by: his siblings, James, Ernest and Marion Sr.; his wife Mary Louise Waters (Brock); his children, Hosie Leon Waters (Joni Gay Waters), Jarrett Brion Waters (Tara Harvey Waters) and Julayaun Maria Waters (Daryle McCormick); his grandchildren, Jasmine Waters, Camille Waters, Shanice Waters, Chris Waters, Kaya Waters, Maya Waters and Aubree Waters; his great grandchildren, Kaiden Waters, Baileigh Waters, D'Mareah Hudson, Kierstyn Riley and Christian Riley, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Ernestine Lovell, Dianne Waters, Veronica Miller, Patricia Weeks, Beverly Clark, Melonee Miller, Donna Brock, Jacqueline Thomas, Ann Jones, Herbert Waters, Marion Waters Jr., Malcolm Waters, Jeffrey Chavis, Eddie Chavis, Darrell Kaigler, James Brock Jr., Michael Brock and George Brock; and his brother-in-law Otis Brock (Annette Brock). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
