He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Baker and Clara Stephens Baker; and his children, Stan Baker, Susan Diane Jones, Steve Baker and David Baker.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Scotty Baker (Kimberly), Scooter Baker, Charles Jones and Melissa Baker Jones (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Amber Baker, Bridgett Baker, Tiffany Jones, Kaitlyn Baker and Scarlett Baker. He is also survived by four great great grandchildren.
