It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Joseph McKellar (Montezuma, Georgia), born in Americus, Georgia, who passed away on May 20, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl, Shirley Westberry and Charles McKellar; and his aunts, Tadra McKellar–Smith and Patricia Dowdell.

He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Carter (Al-Drick Carter); his grandmother Barbara McKellar (James Troutman); his children, Sienna McKellar, Ayden Clark and Kingston McKellar; his siblings, Priscilla (Desi), Jessica, Justice Holmes, Carzareous, Carlil Westberry of Unadilla, GA, Reshard Harris of Atlanta, GA, David and Carzavious Fields of Pinehurst, GA; his aunts and uncles, Albert, Irene, Bernice, Willie, Genesis, Matthew, Mack, Latasha, Betty Ann, Morranda, Samuel, Charlene McKellar and Charles McKellar; his cousins, Nickey, Erica, Malexis, Eric Felton Jr., Donkira, Charlique, Anthony, Antonio and Charnesha; and his brother Marcus Hannor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and sorrowing friends.
