He was predeceased by: his brother Eddie Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Stacy (Don McCullers), Heather (Shawn Webster) and Jayson Lowe; his sisters, Jennie Lowe, Linda Jeffcoat and Regina (David Phillips); and his grandchildren, Casey Lewis, Brycen Lewis, Gabriel McCullers, Dorilord McCullers, Lydia Webster and Thomas Webster.
