Mantooth and Paula; his son-in-law Tim Emerson; and his grandchildren, Wesley (Kelly), Chelsey (Clay), Jordan, Daniel (Hope), Rachel (Samuel), Becca (Danny), Tommy (Kendell), Morgan (Kody), Lauren, Briley, Justin, Shelby (Seth), Bailey, Tia (Jeff) and Timmy (Jenny). He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

No visitation services are scheduled, there will be a memorial service held in Hull, Ga for family only, due to the instance of Covid19.

In leu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Abbey Hospice, or the Gideons International in memory of Jerry.
