He was predeceased by: his father Mahlon McIntosh; and his sister Sharon Martin. He is survived by: his mother Mary Weaver; his sister Sherry; his brother-in-law Jimmy Nix; and his nieces and nephews, Cassie, Shannon Byron, Hannah, Jimmy Watson, Leslie, Will Black, Matthew Nix, John Wesley Nix and Lamar Martin, III. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
