He was predeceased by: his parents, Beeler Waters and Inez Waters; and his nephews, Jeremy and Dakota Waters. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Waters; his children, Christopher Waters of Charleston, SC and Kayla; his children-in-law, Kevin Abrams of Chamblee, Michelle Pratt of Social Circle and Scott Toothman of Winter Garden, FL; his grandchildren, Jessie Waters, Summer Waters, Turner Pratt, Isaac Toothman, Aiden Toothman, Bella Toothman, Aspen Breece, Aliyah Breece and Amber Breece; his siblings, Hinton Waters of Lawrenceville, Jerrell Waters of Lawrenceville and Dottie; his brother-in-law Ricky Mullinax of Lawrenceville; his sister Delane O'Shields of Bethlehem; and his pets, Lily Waters, Brownie and Pancake. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and several great nieces & nephews.
