He was predeceased by: his father Timothy M. Smith, Sr.; and his brother Richard Smith (Ricky). He is survived by: his children, Melissa Scattergood (Cory) of Ravenel, SC and Christopher Frye of Monroe, GA; his mother Linda Smith of Monroe, GA; his brother Dennis; his sister-in-law Kim Smith of Loganville, GA; and his nieces, Courtney and Stephanie Smith. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
