He is survived by: his wife Shirley Quinn (Ozbolt) of Monroe, GA; his children, Dr. Bryan (Amanda Quinn), Katie (Mark Vantassell) and Brandon (Rachel Quinn); his brother Dale; his sister-in-law Dianne Quinn of Jefferson, GA; his sister Judy Kieffer of Jefferson, OH; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Laney, Juleeann, Adalyn, Evan, Wyatt, Lily, Victoria and Jackson.
