She is survived by: her children, Susan Jenkins (Richard Jenkins), Rosemary Head Porter (Scott Porter), George G. Head (Robbin Peiser Head) and Henry L. Head (Lisa Slappe Head); and her grandchildren, Stephen Jenkins (Allison), Drew Jenkins, Susan Drake (Davis), Lee Belknap (LeeAnn), Clayton Porter (Melissa), James Porter, Brandi Pye (Robbie), Brittany Basehore (Paul), Jasmine Mills (Brandi), Thomas Head (Costa) and Jonathan Head (Callie). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
