He was predeceased by: his parents, George Riscalla and Marjorie Ann Riscalla (Stover); and his father-in-law Jesse Max Stowers. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Davis of Auburn, Madison Riscalla of Winder, Jessica Cannon of Jefferson and Joshua Craft of Bethlehem; his sisters, Nancy Lee Bethman of Virginia and Valerie Ann Riscalla Turner of Florida; the mother of his children Tracey Stowers Behles of Winder; and his mother-in-law Sible Stowers of Bethlehem. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
