She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Cooper; and her parents, John Lovett and Allene Malcom (Rooks). She is survived by: her daughter Betsy C. Brooks of Monroe; her grandchildren, Lindsay B. Edwards (Kent) of Virginia Beach, Brittany Lynn Brooks Garmon (Thomas) of Monroe and Brandon E. Brooks (Kimberly) of Monroe; and her great grandchildren, Emma Edwards and Cooper Edwards.
