She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Williams; and her parents, James Clark and Bertha Mae Abney Elliott. She is survived by: her children, Wendra Williams of Monroe, Randall, Jenny Williams of Monroe, Kendall and Melinda Williams of Winder, GA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
