He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James Thomas Stephens; his children, Susan Shelton, Sandi Vincent (Craig) and Ron Stephens (Debbie); and his sisters, Gail Gunter (Neal) and Jan Chancey.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Meadows Funeral Home (760 State Hwy 11, Monroe, GA 30655). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 3:15 PM at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home (760 State Hwy 11, Monroe, GA 30655).
