He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Higgins Smith and Raymond Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dale Rowe Smith; his daughters, Crystal Rowe, Brandy Walker, Sarah Hewell and Savannah Smith; and his siblings, Becky Smith, Teresa Hall, Norman Smith and Lee Crosby. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Meadows Funeral Home (760 State Hwy 11, Monroe, GA 30655).
