He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Terri Reeves-Pannell of Monroe; his children, Vickie Link of Monroe, Katie Senior of Winder and Wayne Pannell of Monroe; and his siblings, Emily Boyd and Neal Pannell. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
