He was predeceased by: his brother Timothy Cook; and his parents, Billy Eugene and Jewel Louise Cook (Looney). He is survived by: his wife Summer Lynn Cook (Paugh) of Monroe, GA; his sons, Jermiah Wilson (Amanda McDonald) of Charlottesville, VA, Seth Wilson of Charlottesville, VA and Anthony Cook of Charlottesville, VA; and his grandchildren, Riley Wilson, Alannah Wilson and Benjamin Wilson.
